We all know that in this day and age, getting a call through to most customer service centers or parts provider is at least, exasperating. Melissa and Carlee showed the greatest determination to get the needed information from a manufacturer, resulting in over a two hour ON HOLD call. The results were amazing!

I am not used to good service on my van since I bought it new last year. This is the first first place that I was treated kindly. If you have tried to get service on your rv you know how rare this is. I made an appointment and they kept it! They did a great job and were so friendly.. My wife and I were looking for our first RV.
We had been to several other places and were sticker shock everywhere we went. I came across a add on marketplace. It was a 2020 Rockwood mini lite. The price was a little higher than what we had planned on spending.
I thought, what the heck. I’m going to go a take a look anyway. I called Liberty Rv and spoke to Joe. He informed me that the trailer was still available. I went the fallowing day and met with Joe to take a look. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism I received from Joe. He was happy to spend all the time I needed and answered all my questions. I made a offer and we came to an agreement on a price that made sense for Liberty Rv and myself. If there is anyone out there looking for a quality RV or to have some service work done, I highly recommend going to Liberty Rv and asking for Joe! Also, during my visit I meet the service technician Doug. What a great guy with a wealth of knowledge! I would also like to thank Melissa for all her help along the way.

These guys are the best. They got us in right away and knew how to diagnose the problem with our RV. We had a trip on a Friday and they got us in and even stayed late on Thursday to fix the problem and get us on our way. We recently drove over from the west side to purchase a used RV. Never have I committed to such a large purchase over the phone and via text. Joe was awesome to work with and really made us feel at ease with the whole process. Once we arrived we were not disappointed with the in person service we received. Joe, Bruno and Doug were great to work with through the whole process. As first time fifth wheel purchasers, they really helped above and beyond in explaining the dos and do nots with having a fifth wheel. We loved working with this family-owned business. They installed an Invisibrake system in our RV and jeep. It was a pretty complex job that many other shops in town were not able to do. Liberty took great care of our vehicles and spent a lot of time after the installation reviewing how it all worked. We will be coming back for all of our RV needs. All I can say is Liberty RV is the best! Recently, I have had the experience of a local RV dealership in the CDA area that was very dishonest and it left me the feeling of being screwed. We came to Liberty RV and couldn’t have been happier. Our RV had severe roof damage and Liberty RV gave us a more than fair repair quote. They did an amazing repair! Better than when it was new. Superior quality and service. The staff, especially Joe (sales) and the owner, Bruno, were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are the best in the business. They also consigned our RV and sold it without any issues! Overall a great experience. Can’t say enough about this fantastic company. Bruno and Joe are a wonderful team. We bought our travel trailer at the RV show from Liberty RV Center where we met Bruno and Joe. They went the extra mile to explain everything about our RV throughout the purchase process. We are so fortunate to have bought our used RV with their roof sealer already installed on the roof and still under warranty. They gave us a thorough walk through of our RV purchase. We had a bad RV purchase and customer service experience before in another state. We have complete confidence in Bruno and Joe and look forward to going to them for all future RV needs as they really strive to meet their customers’ needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Bruno and crew did an amazingly beautiful job on on our 2004 BT Cruiser's roof. The Roof design on our motorhome had always bothered me because it was like a mini swimming pool that trapped the water. We had constant trouble with it leaking. Liberty had to strip the roof down to the wood, replace some of it then put the new thick convex top over the new wood. No water can stay on it now because it drains off immediately. They also installed new clearance lights on the top front that I had trouble with leaking water as well, now they don't leak. Liberty RV also fixed the carburetor and serviced our generator. We almost sold the motorhome because of the constant leaking and roof maintenance . But now we love it again and plan many more trips to fun places. WE HAD A TREE FALL ON OUR MOTORHOME IN A WINDSTORM. WHEN WE CALLED LIBERTY RV & ROOFING AND EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THAT WE WERE WORKING AWAY FROM HOME AND NEEDED THE ROOF ON OUR MOTORHOME REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIABLE. MERILYN AND BRUNO JUMPED INTO ACTION AND GOT OUR MOTORHOME IN AND GOT IT DONE WITH IN A WEEK. THEY BOTH WERE AMAZING TO WORK WITH, NOT ONLY DID THEY GET OUR ROOF FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUT IT IS BETTER THAN WHAT WE HAD IN THE FIRST PLACE WHICH WAS GOOD BEFORE THE TREE HIT IT.
I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT NEEDS RV REPAIRS DONE AND DONT WANT TO FIGHT WITH THE BIG RV DEALERS GO TO LIBERTY RV & ROOFING. THE QUAILTY OF WORK IS SPECTACULAR. AND THE FRIENDLY SERICE IS GREAT.
